Successful September for Barrel Racing Brewster-Stanton Sisters

Bailee competed in the Lakeland Rodeo Circuit this past summer and qualified for their finals in 3rd spot for the season.  The Finals were held in St. Paul Alberta over the Labor day weekend were she finished in second place and won the average during the 5 performance rodeo riding her great mare Kat, by Streakin’ Six.  Bailee also won the Buffalo Lake Rodeo held in August.  www.lakelandrodeo.com
Now attending Western College of Veterinary Medicine in Saskatoon as a first year vet student. www.usask.ca

Lacey, just home from a trip to Saskatchewan where she competed in a Canadian Barrel Horse Futurity in Melville.  www.canadianbarrelfuturities.com Riding her 5 year old mare Lotsa Cocktails or ‘Tipsy’.  She won both the first and second runs of competition with the fastest times, and the average for an overall Futurity win.  The pair were also 2nd place winners in the short go finals in the Brooks Alberta Futurity held in August.
Lacey has recently been accepted to study Horse Osteopathy with the Vluggen Institute in San Marcos, Texas. www.vluggeninstitute.com
